CLEVER Mobile® for Linux is an app offered by Applied Expert Systems, Inc. It allows users to access and receive critical information from the CleverView for TCP/IP on Linux cloud-ready Linux monitor. The ability to understand end-to-end Linux system status is critical in today’s virtualized and clouded data centers where the hardware platform may include the IBM mainframe as well as Linux and Windows servers. Giving technical support staff access to critical network information from their Android device, whether Smartphone or tablet, improves staff responsiveness and ensures higher Linux availability.*App requires a back-end data source, CleverView for TCP/IP on Linux, to host and monitor your corporate data.

CLEVER Mobile® for Linux Permissions
View network connections - allows the app to view information about network connections such as which networks exist and are connectedReceive data from internet - allows apps to accept cloud to device messages sent by the app's service. using this service will incur data usage. malicious apps could cause excess data usage
Prevent device from sleeping - allows the app to prevent the device from going to sleep
Find accounts on the device - allows the app to get the list of accounts known by the device. this may include any accounts created by applications you have installed
Full network access - allows the app to create network sockets and use custom network protocols. the browser and other applications provide means to send data to the internet, so this permission is not required to send data to the internet
